Practice QuestionsWhen you are preparing for a bank teller interview, you will want to practice answering questions that might come up during the interview. There are many different questions that could be asked, however, most of them will be around the same general themes. For example, you will most likely be asked something like, "What would you do if a customer was unsatisfied with a transaction?" Dealing with customers is a very important part of the job of a bank teller and most banks will want to know how you handle disputes.
Another question might be, "How do you handle performing a number of tasks without much time to accomplish them?" When there are many customers in line at the bank, you have to provide quick service, but you also have to be very detailed and make sure to avoid any mistakes.
For a few days before the interview, make sure that you practice answering any questions that you think they might ask. Try to be as thorough as possible with the different questions that you use. Practice answering the questions out loud as well.
