Sample Interview Questions answers

  • Describe your most important accomplishment with your present company.
  • What other accomplishments have you had?
  • What haven't you accomplished in this period that you feel you should or wish you had?
  • What do you like best about your present company and what would you change if you could?
  • What do you like best and least about your supervisor?
  • Describe to me your current compensation program. (Salary, Bonus, Commission, Automobile, Benefits)
  • What types of people do you find it easiest to get along with?
  • What types of people are the most difficult for you to get along with?
  • Tell me about a time when you took a new product or idea to your boss and he shot it down. How did you handle it and what were the results?
  • Describe an occasion where you turned a bad situation into a good situation.
  • Describe how you prepared for this interview.

Tell me when you accomplished the most by involving your manager or persuading co-workers to share resources?

Give me an example or a time when you fell behind in productivity or you fell behind in meeting your targets and you worked faster or put in more hours to do better.

Tell me about a situation where you thought that your manager was exercising too much control over you.

  • Describe the position you would like to have if you could write your own job description?

  • Describe how you went about assimilating and applying, in a timely manner, new job-related information that might vary in complexity.
